Residential Plan B

• Vacuum clean furnace or boiler and smoke pipe
  
• Lubricate motor bearings
  
• Test oil burner controls
  
• Clean and check oil burner filters and strainers
  
• Clean nozzle assembly
  
• Clean and regulate fuel pump

The Oil Burner Maintenance Agreement includes all emergency service calls regarding the oil burner and controls throughout the year. Any parts that may be required for the oil burner and/or its controls will be billed as necessary. Labor to replace the circulator is covered under this contract.

No other coverage for the water part of the system is included. The Oil Burner Maintenance Agreement does not cover purging air from the system.

This contract includes repair and/or replacement of the oil burner operating parts and/or controls below, which through normal oil burner operation may become worn or defective. This coverage includes the circulator. It does not include any other part of the water system. It does not cover purging air from the system.
